About us

We run a family business focused on cheese maturation which today has two plants, one in Parma and the other one in Fiorenzuola d’Arda. We cooperate with various Italian and foreign dairies, milk factories, and traders to guarantee high quality products, paying the utmost attention at every stage of the ripening process. We deal with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Grana Padano DOP, and other white grana-type cheese.

Our services


The care of each ripening stage is essential to obtain top quality grana cheese. In our air-conditioned warehouses, products’ processing is entrusted to expert and highly qualified personnel, in turn supported by technologically advanced machinery.

In order to guarantee perfect results, we have state-of-the-art systems to set and monitor temperature and humidity in our warehouses even remotely. For over thirty years, we have been putting much effort to offer comprehensive and professional services to national and foreign players.


The great concern for our facilities’ cleanliness and safety is one of our strengths. Indeed, all the cheese wheels in storage are cleaned using machinery purpose-built by specialized companies. Besides, our equipment undergoes periodic maintenance checks.

As regards products, they are hand-brushed by our warehouse staff, who thus examines their condition firsthand. Cheese wheels are stored separately in constantly monitored wooden racks. These are placed in controlled temperature and humidity environments. We are thereby able to minimize weight loss rate.

Goods’ preparation

Cheese wheels in stock are registered and monitored using special software. This allows us to have a complete view of their flows and better manage their entry and exit. We also issue warehouse receipts for the stored goods. In particular, we manage cheese shipping, placing items on special pallets and packing them with shrink wrap material.

We weigh each vehicle and pallet, both those incoming and those outgoing, using internal and external digital scales. We even load and unload goods.
